Pricing
One total price per trip, in euros, with everything included spelled out. Here is how quotes and payments work, and the public price ranges we have seen for common services.
How we quote
Every trip is quoted individually, because the same “day with a driver” can mean very different things. Your written quote shows:
- The total price for the services we arrange, in euros.
- What is included and what is not (for example lunch, park fees, tips).
- Who delivers each part: the named guide, driver, boat operator or company.
- What is confirmed and what is still pending.
- The payment schedule: what you pay now to confirm, what you pay later, and to whom.
- Cancellation and change terms for each part.
Planning conversations and quotes are free. There are no booking fees on top of the quoted total.
How payment works
To confirm a booking you pay a deposit to us, shown in your quote. Depending on the service, the remaining balance is either paid to us before you travel or paid directly to your local guide or operator, usually in cash on the day. Your quote always states which, the exact amounts and the currency, so you can plan your cash. We do not take full payment for services that are not yet confirmed locally.

These are ranges from public listings and guides, shown to help you budget. They are not our prices, and they change. We will always quote the actual price for your dates.

What a full trip tends to involve
A typical ten-day trip for two with a driver-guide on São Tomé, Príncipe transfers and a few guided activities involves several local guides and operators and a fair amount of coordination. We are happy to give you a ballpark early in the conversation, before you have decided anything.
