Your guides
The people who show you the islands
A trip here is only as good as the people beside you. We choose them for you, and we stay on the other end of the message the whole way.
Who travels with you
People who know the islands by heart.
The driver who knows which road is passable after last night’s rain. The forest guide who hears a bird long before you see it. The boat crew who reads the swell off Príncipe and decides, quietly, that today is the day.
These are the people who make São Tomé and Príncipe unforgettable. We match them to your route, your languages and your pace, agree every detail before you arrive, and coordinate everything between them, so your days simply unfold.
How we choose them
- We talk to them ourselves, and hear their English (or French, Spanish, Italian) before you do.
- We know what you will ride in: the actual vehicle or boat, not a promise of one.
- We agree everything in writing: times, what is included, what it costs and how it is paid.
- We listen to travellers afterwards, and only keep working with the people who make trips better.
Your quote names the people who will guide and drive you, so you know who is waiting at the airport before you board the plane.
Advice that is current
Flight times, roads, cash machines and boat schedules change quickly here. Every planning page on this site shows when it was last reviewed and which sources we used, and when sources disagree, we tell you instead of guessing.
If you have been recently and something has changed, tell us. It helps the next traveller.
Our promise
No surprises, only the good kind.
You will always know who is meeting you, what you have paid, what is paid locally and in which currency, and what happens if the weather changes the plan. We never invent reviews, prices or availability.
Plan with a person
Let us introduce you to the islands.
Send your dates and what you want from the trip. We reply with practical options, the guides we would choose for you, what is confirmed and what is not, and a clear total price.
No payment to ask. Nothing is booked until you confirm a written quote.
