Príncipe in 3, 5 or 7 days
Three ways to spend time on Príncipe. Each assumes you fly in from São Tomé in the morning and that boat trips, whales and turtles depend on the sea and the season.

Fly in, Santo António
Morning flight from São Tomé, transfer, and an afternoon walk around Santo António, the small capital.

Day 2. Príncipe
Praia Banana or a boat trip
Either Praia Banana and the north-coast beaches, or a boat trip to the Bay of Needles if the sea allows.

Roça Sundy, fly out
Morning at Roça Sundy and the 1919 eclipse site, then the flight back to São Tomé.

Enough for beaches, the sea and the forest.
